We are treated badly. Years of data have brought us "excessive data load," and in the meantime our natural cerebrums have been loaded with large amounts of logical incompatibility. So many ideas are presented to us through so many different "experts" that we no longer know what to accept. This is reflected in the area of well-being, diet, exercise, nutrition and dietary supplements as they are everywhere. I will give a few models.
Is milk too big for us, or is it harmful?
Is it true that we should eat meat?
Is a low-carb diet strong ... or is it too dangerous?
Is red wine good for our well-being, or is it simply a matter of drinking?
What makes us fat? Excess calories? How much oil? Excess amount of carbohydrates? Excessive amount of acridity? Closing the bowels? Genetic traits?
Does avocado make us fat?
Are multivitamins once daily safe, or harmful?
I must not let you know that the rundown is going on indefinitely. Think about your few times as you read! Isn't it?
Still, what are the authoritative answers to the viewpoint of these questions? What is the truth?
There is a book from the 1980s by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond entitled Fit For Life to this day that I use as my surest guide to track my answers. It empowers the implementation of an important law that most of us know. Guidance is called sound judgment.
Using this amazing rule, I can continue to refine my list of the above models. In any case, I do not care much about fixing any "milk talks," or food wars of any kind so far. So all the assumptions I will be talking about are just the last model: Are daily multivitamins good for us, or worse?
The answer is simple:
The nutrients and ingredients made by the laboratory by people wearing white coats are extremely bad, BAD.
The nutrients and nutrients commonly used using all concentrated food sources such as vegetables, natural products, cereals, seeds, roots, spices, seaweed, etc. are amazing! It's amazing.
Why? All things considered, we can really say that we have entered into the existence of the concept here. Our bodies are normal. The fuel sources that our bodies see and use are normal, too.
It's called food. Our cells need that.
Synthetic multivitamins contain their unspecified compounds and crushed "minerals" which are excreted by the body. This is evident when we take these types of enhancements and are blessed with the “nutrients,” poor digestion, poor mood, or potentially green urine. To put it bluntly, both waste products are harmful (which part of the crushed stone in your body feels safe?) And is completely useless!
All the common nutrients and dietary supplements, however, are the best gift you can give yourself in terms of your health, strength, deep balance, work of a resilient frame, hair, skin, nails, mental hygiene ... all! These types of enhancements are basically, small natural workers!
They are easily recognizable, familiar, and used by the body. Basically, they will change you in every way. You will be more attractive, feel better, perform better, and be a great model for others to follow! It is glorious, solid. Please do not ignore the importance of all food satisfaction.
You will not be able to see all the nutrients and ingredients in the corner. All things considered, it is "calm" that we are trying to get away from here. Your nearest health food store is a very advanced option.
I suggest you get yourself a complete dietary multivitamin, full of probiotics, chemicals, and chelated minerals. Additionally, a reputable cancer prevention agent will improve your results. Green tea and acai berry are two strength-strengthening cells that should be included!
Likewise, make sure that you water the water consistently. Four to six liters of purified water will keep your cells strong and flexible, your skin glowing, your energy high, and your whole body restored. It will detoxify that your regular enhancements "don't go free" and keep all the components of your healthy lifestyle working together, working together!
Eliminate inexpensive foods, cold drinks, and sweets (replace fresh ground / yogurt products for cakes, pastries, and baked cakes), add water and additives daily, and watch as long as you remember the change in a way that touches your heart. you have probably experienced it at some point.
You will do amazing things! Thank you so much for reading.
