I wanted to loose weight and I started doing HIIT in March 2015. After 3 4 months I had this pain in both my knees due to which I was unable to perform any kind of cardio. But I did not wanted to loose track so I started doing exercise which did not stressed my legs.I hope your injury is not so serious that you cannot move your legs.


I used tabata method in which you exercise for 20 seconds with full potential and rest 10 seconds. I did 5 to 6 rounds of this 5 days a week taking Monday and Thursday off.


Each round had six exercises followed by 40 seconds of rest.
